Management Structure & Compensation
Management structure & compensation takes into consideration the geographic scope, services, and products relevant to the client’s organization. PTI helps clients maintain reasonable cost structures while ensuring adequate management for optimal service delivery to our client’s customers.

Business Process
Business process encompasses all functional areas, such as asset management, loan servicing, and reporting as well as compliance, legal and administrative support.  Business process design incorporates current practices, industry norms, and client specific needs to achieve process optimization within reasonable cost and risk parameters. PTI assists clients in developing process documentation including written procedures, forms, checklists and other tools.

Systems Development & Selection
System development and selection involves reviewing the client’s overall business needs as well as internal IT department support and capabilities, and existing software. In many cases adequate 3rd party applications exist and can be implemented.  In other cases a customized solution may be necessary. PTI assists clients in defining requirements, assessing current systems and resources, and developing alternative solutions from budgeting and resource planning through implementation.

Report Design & Implementation
Report design and implementation involves reviewing the client’s existing reports, defining needs and identifying gaps in current reporting. PTI assists clients in defining requirements for both internal and external reporting, assessing current information gathering, organization, delivery processes and tools, and recommends a phased in approach to enhancing the reporting cycle.
