
• All stages of the business cycle from underwriting through closing, management and disposition of assets
• All functional areas of operations including analytics, asset management, loan servicing, property management, accounting, treasury management, information systems and compliance
• Wide range of asset performance including acquired non-performing (NPL) portfolios to newly originated loans, and from distressed real estate assets to new construction
• Experience with a wide range of property types from conventional retail, office, industrial and multifamily to hotel, golf course, and health care
• Substantial experience in the U.S. since the RTC era as well as multinational coverage in Europe and Asia
